Terms of Service

Combined Shipping:
The combined shipping discount is available, please contact us if you are interested of buying multiple items.

Refund and Return Policy:
* We are glad to offer a 21 day return/exchange policy if the buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the purchased item.
* Please contact us before return your item.
* The 21 day grace period starts from the delivery date reported from postal office tracking record.
* We will only refund purchase amount of the item if the item is returned in its original condition.
* We are NOT responsible for carrier lose or stolen of the item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.

You can return a product for up to 21 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging

If you should have a problem with any of our items because of defects we will work with you to get it replaced as fast as possible.

Back Orders
Back order Que it means that due to the high sales volume on some of your items/products which you have bought, we are currently out of stock at that time. Please allow 30 days for your items/products to be shipped. Once item or items are placed on back order, we cannot cancel until the 30 days have been fulfilled.

Shipping Policy
The majority of orders ship within 3-5 business days. All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our website. Estimated ship time appears below each product description.
When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.

We charge a flat fee for shipping & handling for the first item and NO additional charges for combined items. For international orders, your parcel may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties. We will mark your package as a gift and ship in generic packaging.

All prices are subject to change without any notice and we are not responsible for any typographical errors.
